Picture Pieces

For Staff Meeting this morning, we participated in an activity geared toward developing teamwork and teaching about individual inputs toward a common goal.  We were given various images and asked to draw them 2 times as big.  We were not given any more instruction than that.  Once we had completed our enlargements, we were told to assemble them like a giant puzzle.  Our result and the actual painting by Georges Seurat are below:

We didn’t do too bad.  While knowing the ultimate goal and having all the project details is nice and extremely helpful, depending on the project a team can come pretty close without ALL the details.
